The City of Westminster is the royal and political heart of the United Kingdom, founded by the Anglo-Saxons on the ancient Isle of Thorney. The city is full of famous historical sites, but also streets and secret courts that time seems to have forgotten. This tour invites you to explore these two facets of this unmissable area. On the way we will see the Palace and Westminster Abbey, the most beautiful streets in the neighborhood, a church looking curious and inspired by the whims of a queen and even a gas lamp 200 years old! We will also talk about some great characters like Richard the Lionheart, Oliver Cromwell, a soldier whose life inspired a cult movie from the 60s, and a Parliament official with a rather strange role.
