Sicilian Wine Tasting Dinner at Manchester

Overview

Enjoy a relaxed 90-minute Sicilian food and wine pairing experience in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. The experience begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco and a Sicilian aperitivo, followed by a selection of four good-quality Sicilian wines—two white and two red—carefully paired with traditional regional dishes. Dessert is accompanied by a Sicilian liqueur. This is an informal dining experience, not a sommelier-led class, technical wine lesson or tutored tasting. The focus is on enjoying the relationship between authentic Sicilian food and carefully selected wines in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The experience includes a chef-selected set menu. The same menu is served to the entire table, and guests do not select dishes from the à la carte menu. Food substitutions are not available.
