Before you board your experience, you'll have the opportunity to collect your complimentary hot drink from our friends at Cafè Concerto by the pick up point. Enjoy the views with family and friends, then return to Trafalgar Square ready to continue your evening in the West End. The route may vary with traffic and seasonal road closures. The lower deck is wheelchair accessible; please contact us in advance if you require assistance. You are welcome to take photos with our en-board Father Christmas at the end of the tour.
